I am so sorry to hear about your father and my cousin, Henry. But, I am so happy that I can remember all of the good times. Unfortunately, Robin and I will not be able to make the services. But our prayers are with you and the family.
Remember that God is still on the throne and he watches over us all. He will give you strength.
God Bless

I’m a Taylor Hospice volunteer who had the pleasure of being assigned Mr. Laws in 2006. As the years went by, he became more than a patient, he became my friend.

For your dad, being in the hospice program meant a flurry of visitors and activity whose primary focus was his comfort. Even when your dad was out of the program, I continued to visit him because I had developed a bond with him. He always knew who I was and when I was visiting, because my pockets contained peppermint patties!

Your Dad was one of the finest gentlemen I have had the pleasure of knowing. He was gracious, polite and a nice human being. It was a pleasure and honor to have known your Dad. He touched my heart and I will carry him with me always.

My deepest condolences.
