To Diane's family:
I am the secretary at the surgeon's office where Diane came for care......I wanted you all to know how saddened I was to see her passing in the local newspaper....Every visit, although hard for her I am sure, was pleasurable. She always had a smile for me or a kind word despite her agony. I am very sorry for the loss you all must feel at this time...Please accept my deepest condolences.

I miss you very much. It is very hard to realized that my friend is no longer here with me. i am so glad that I can always remeber the good talk we had and the laughs we shared.
