Alfred Hatcher, also known, as "Feet" was the son of Corine Hatcher and the late Willie B. Warren Sr. He was born in Chester, Pennsylvania on April 25, 1953. He passed away on November 26, 2008 at home.

Alfred was educated in the Chester Upland School District. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps on February 15, 1972 and served his country for six years. He returned to Chester and worked for the Chrysler Corporation in Newark, Delaware, Foulkes Security, and Labor Ready of Delaware County. He was also certified by the National Association of Home Builders for successfully completing the Pre Apprenticeship Instruction for Bricklaying.

Alfred had a passion for music, especially "ol school." He enjoyed listening to music, attending musical concerts and was an excellent mimic of music. He would often get phone calls from people asking "who sang a certain song?" or "what was the title of a song?" He always knew the answer. He was a "people person". He enjoyed talking about, "back in the day" with family and friends. After moving to Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, he often took walks to the shopping center where he would shop at the Salvation Army and the Dollar Store. He gave special names to his nieces and nephews Je'Lisa, Jehmi' and Jerome. He called them "The Buckaroos ", Jeron "Puffy Baby" and Charli "Charli Tuna". Alfred also enjoyed watching sports.

Alfred leaves to cherish his unforgettable memories, his mother Corine; his children, Dwayne Tull and Matilda Kirksey; his granddaughter Amiya; sisters Delois Hatcher, Vanessa Brooks, Dianne Hatcher, and Betty Jean Raymond; brothers Willie B. Warren, Jr., Matthew Alexander, Jr., Eugene Rand Hatcher, and Stacey Hatcher; nieces; Rochelle, Toinette, Monique, Monica, and Monet; and nephews, Moran, Kareem, and Mathew III; a host of cousins and other relatives and dear friends.
