Owens Victor Cooper was born to the late Thomas Cooper and Mary Brown Cooper on July 19, 1913. He departed this life on Saturday, September 6, 2008 at the Wallingford Nursing Home.
He was born in Chestertown MD and later moved to the Wallingford area.
He was the husband of the late Clara Cooper who passed away in 2004.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children Reba Smallwood, Lela Cooper and Delores Cooper, a son-in-laws Benjamin Cooper, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents Thomas J. and Mary Brown Cooper, siblings Charles Wardell, Goodshell Cooper, Mildred Cooper, Maggie Blake, Reba Duker, Ardena Warren and Gustavia Scott, a nephew Lloyd E. Comegys and a host of other relatives and friends.
