Herbert Earl Byrd was born to Olga Clark Byrd and the late James T. Byrd in Concordville, PA on May 18, 1940. He departed this life on August 30, 2008 at his home.
Mr. Byrd loved music and was a record promoter for many years. He was also trained in the Culinary Arts and was very artistic. He served in the U.S.Army in Germany. He married Dora Wagner and from that union their daughter Victoria Byrd was born.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Olga V. Byrd, beloved daughter Victoria (Patrick) Byrd-Street, her mother Dora Byrd, siblings Edith Byrd-Coulston, Betty Byrd-Street, Thomas Byrd and Lawrence Byrd. Also survived by grandsons Patrick Jr, and Brandon Street, brother-in-law John Taggart and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father James T. Byrd and his sister Gertrude Taggart, and two brothers James and Charles Byrd.
