Robert Mitchell was born on September 8, 1933 in Chester, PA to the late Anna Mae Mitchell.
He departed this life on June 19, 2008 at Riddle Hospital.
He was also predeceased by his wife Bontevius Mitchell who passed away in 2007, and a brother Eugene Mitchell.
He was educated in the Chester Public School and worked for 45 years at the former Phoenix Steel Company.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Robert Cooper and Rosalinda Driggins of Chester, siblings Rudolph Mitchell, Charles Mitchell and Mildred Gilbert. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great gandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
