William M. Dallam was born to the late Willie Miller and Mary Dallam on May 24, 1933. He departed this life on Monday, March 17, 2008 at his residence.
Mr. Dallam was a lifelong Chester resident and attended the Chester public schools.
He was formerly employed as a welder at Container Research Corporation.
He was a kind person and loved by all who knew him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Leomia Dallam, 2 sons William M. Dallam, Jr., Bryant M. Dallam, 2 brothers Gary Collins and Anthony Collins, 1 sister Doris Williams. Also survived by 8 grandchildren.
He was predeceased by siblings Delores Forney and Vincent Collins.
